Terms and Conditions for Tatry's ‘Wiosna' zabawa ticket purchase

1. Ticket Purchase:
By purchasing a ticket for Tatry's ‘Wiosna' zabawa you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Ticket Price:
The ticket price for the event is $60 per person, $30 per child, and is non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 4.

3. Ticket Availability:
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tatry Adelaide reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per person or organisation.

4. Ticket Return and Waitlist:
If you are unable to attend the event, we kindly request that you promptly return your ticket. Returning your ticket will free up space on the event waitlist, allowing others to attend. To initiate a ticket return, please email us at events@tatry.org.au. Refunds for returned tickets will only be granted if the return is requested more than two weeks before the event date.

5. Waitlist:
In the event that all tickets have been sold, you will be automatically added to the waitlist. We encourage individuals on the waitlist to check their email or notifications for updates regarding ticket availability.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation:
Tatry Adelaide reserves the right to make changes to the event, including the date, time, location, or cancellation, due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case of any changes or cancellation, reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders in advance. If the event is canceled, a refund will be provided for the ticket price.

7. Liability:
Tatry Adelaide and the Dom Polski Centre shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, arising from your attendance at the event.

8. Personal Conduct:
Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during the event. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the event premises who violates this conduct expectation.

9. Alcohol Policy:
To ensure the safety and compliance with South Australian liquor licensing laws, it is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol or any drinks into the Dom Polski Centre premises during Tatry's ‘Wiosna' zabawa, and bags will be checked on the night of the event. Attendees are required to comply with this policy. Any violation of this policy may result in denial of entry or removal from the event premises. Tatry Adelaide and the Dom Polski Centre reserve the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
