Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Milan In-Review, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Tickets
Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and places are limited. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received through the ticketing platform.
Refunds and cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the new attendee’s name and contact details prior to the event.
Event changes
Design Anatomy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event format, timing, venue, speakers or program if required. If any significant change is made, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.
Event cancellation
If the event is cancelled by Design Anatomy, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price. Any booking fees or transaction fees charged by the ticketing platform may be subject to that platform’s own terms.
Photography and filming
Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional, social media and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the event audience. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know when you arrive.
Personal belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. Design Anatomy and the venue partner are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Behaviour and conduct
We ask all guests to be respectful of the speakers, hosts, venue, staff and other attendees. Design Anatomy reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.
Liability
Attendance at the event is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Design Anatomy, its hosts, collaborators and venue partners are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense incurred in connection with attending the event, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
Personal information collected through ticket sales will be used for event administration, communication and related marketing purposes. Your details will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
