LGANT Course Registration – Terms & Conditions

Minimum Numbers
• This course is subject to a minimum number of participants.
• LGANT reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course if minimum numbers are not met.

Course Cancellation by LGANT
• LGANT may cancel or postpone the course prior to 60 days before commencement.
• If cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund.
• LGANT is not liable for any additional costs (e.g. travel, accommodation).

Participant Cancellation
• More than 60 days prior: full refund
• Within 60 days: no refund unless minimum numbers are met

Transfers
• Registrations may be transferred to another participant up to 7 days prior at no cost

Postponement
If the course is postponed:
• registrations will be transferred; or
• refunded if the participant cannot attend and notifies LGANT within 7 days of the postponement notice

Late Registrations
• Registrations within 60 days are non-refundable
