Midnight Hearts Book Signing 2027 – Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket purchases

All ticket sales are final and subject to availability. Tickets may not be copied, duplicated, or fraudulently resold.

Tickets may not be resold for a price greater than the original purchase price. Any unauthorised resale or transfer of tickets for commercial gain may result in the ticket being cancelled without refund.

Organisers are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised third parties and cannot guarantee the validity of such tickets. If ticket transfers are permitted through the official ticketing platform, attendees are encouraged to use the approved transfer process only.

Midnight Hearts Book Signing accepts no responsibility for disputes arising from private sales or transfers between individuals.

2. Refunds and cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer option. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise advised. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or inability to attend.

3. Event changes

Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including the venue, schedule, participating authors, guests, vendors, attractions, sponsors, merchandise, or event inclusions. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

4. VIP ticket inclusions

VIP merchandise, anthology editions, perfumes, and other exclusive items are limited-edition products and may vary slightly from promotional images. If an item becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside organiser control, organisers reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

VIP merchandise and collector's box items must be collected at the event unless otherwise advised. Unclaimed items may be forfeited, and organisers are under no obligation to arrange postage or delivery.

5. Photography and media consent

By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

6. Attendee conduct

Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward authors, staff, vendors, volunteers, models, and other attendees. Harassment, threatening behaviour, intoxication, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

Attendees are responsible for managing their own dietary requirements, allergies, and medical conditions. Organisers cannot guarantee that food, beverages, or products provided at the event will be free from allergens.

7. Liability

Attendees participate at their own risk. Organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal property, or personal injury except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

8. Entry requirements

Midnight Hearts Book Signing is an 18+ event. Attendees may be required to present valid photo identification and proof of purchase upon entry. Event wristbands or passes must remain visible and intact throughout the event.

9. Personal information

Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used for event administration and communication purposes.

10. Force Majeure

Organisers will not be liable for any delay, postponement, modification, or cancellation of the event caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions, venue closure, industrial disputes, or other unforeseen events.

11. Raffles and Prizes

Raffle prizes are subject to availability and may change without notice. Organisers reserve the right to substitute prizes or prize packages at their discretion. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

12. Purchases Made at the Event

Midnight Hearts Book Signing is not responsible for transactions, products, services, or disputes between attendees and vendors.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to receive event-related communications regarding Midnight Hearts Book Signing 2027, including updates, announcements, schedule changes, and important event information.
