Booking & Attendance
This workshop is designed for teenagers aged 14–17 years.
Participants must be at least 14 years old at the commencement of the workshop.
Places are limited and bookings are essential.
A completed parent/guardian consent form and participant information form must be submitted prior to attendance.
Workshop Inclusions
The workshop includes all educational materials, practical activities, workbook resources and refreshments as specified.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own makeup kit, brushes and hair tools where possible. Equipment can be provided if required.
Participants must bring their own lunch each day.
Drop-Off & Collection
Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging drop-off and collection of participants.
House of Airlie is unable to supervise participants outside workshop hours.
Participants may only leave with their parent/guardian or a nominated emergency contact listed on their registration form.
Photography & Content
Photography and video content may be captured during the workshop for promotional purposes.
Parents/guardians will have the option to provide or decline media consent as part of the registration process.
No participant images will be used without appropriate consent.
Behaviour & Safety
House of Airlie is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow attendees, staff and venue property.
House of Airlie reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
Medical Information
Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies or additional support requirements prior to attendance.
House of Airlie staff are not medical practitioners and are unable to administer medication unless previously discussed and agreed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the workshop commencement date will receive a full refund less TryBooking fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop commencement date are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another participant of suitable age with prior written approval.
If House of Airlie is required to cancel the workshop, a full refund will be provided.
Liability
While all reasonable care will be taken, participation in workshop activities is at the participant's own risk.
House of Airlie accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to the workshop.
