School Holiday Program Booking Terms:

Minimum enrolments
100 Story Building requires a minimum of 8 participants for a School Holiday Program workshop to proceed.

If minimum enrolments are not reached, 100 Story Building reserves the right to cancel the workshop up to 2 business days before the scheduled session.

If a workshop is cancelled by 100 Story Building due to low enrolments, all registered participants will receive a full refund. Families will be notified by email and may also receive a courtesy phone call where possible.

Participant cancellations
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible at programs@100storybuilding.org.au or call us at (03) 9689 0420.

Refund requests will be considered in accordance with our refund policy and at the discretion of 100 Story Building.

Program changes
100 Story Building reserves the right to make reasonable changes to facilitators, program content, or scheduling where necessary. Families will be notified of any significant changes.
