More than 7 days in advance - you will receive a full refund
Less than 7 days in advance - you may transfer the payment to a subsequent class of your choice.
Less than 24 hours/no notification - you will forfeit any fees paid.

All classes are subject to cancellation or postponement by the organiser without notice - although notice will always be attempted where possible. If this occurs all prepaid funds will be refunded or transferred to a subsequent class of your choice.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
