• Stall holder tickets are non-refundable.
• Stall holders are responsible for supplying their own tables, racks, chairs and payment facilities if required.
• Set up and pack down must be completed within allocated event times. 9:30 bump in - 1:15 bump out
• Please ensure all items sold are clean and in good condition.
• The event organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
• By purchasing a stall holder ticket, you agree to follow event guidelines and respect fellow stall holders and attendees.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or cancellation, organisers reserve the right to reschedule the event.
