Terms and Conditions  −  Nursoc x HealthSoc x NDVinnies Ball — Elysium

By purchasing a ticket to the Notre Dame University Ball 2026 (Elysium), you agree to the following:

1. REFUND POLICY — All ticket sales are final.

2. TICKET TRANSFERS — Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organising committee. Transfer requests must be submitted no less than 7 days before 12 September 2025.

3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS — Photo ID matching your ticket registration name is required for entry. The organising committee and venue reserve the right to refuse entry to any attendee who arrives intoxicated, fails to meet dress code requirements, or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

4. VENUE CONDITIONS — The event is held at Doltone House Hyde Park, a licensed venue. All attendees must comply with the venue's conditions of entry and responsible service of alcohol requirements throughout the event.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY — Attendees consent to being photographed during the event for society promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to appear in published photographs, please notify the event photographer or a committee member on the evening, or tell us beforehand

6. STUDENT ELIGIBILITY — SSAF-subsidised ticket tiers (First, Second, and Final Release) are available to enrolled Notre Dame University students only. Misrepresentation of student status at time of purchase may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

7. CONDUCT — All attendees are expected to treat other guests, venue staff, and committee members with respect. The organising committee and venue reserve the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

8. LIABILITY — The organising committee accepts no liability for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. Attendees attend at their own risk.

9. EVENT CHANGES — The organising committee reserves the right to make changes to event details including schedule and supporting program where necessary. Ticket holders will be notified of any material changes to date, time, or venue.

10. AGREEMENT — Purchase of a ticket constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
