SIGN IN / SIGN OUT
• Participants under 16 years must be signed in by a parent/carer or authorised adult.
• Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring participants are collected promptly at the conclusion of the session.

MEDIA CONSENT
• During booking you will be asked whether you consent to participants being photographed, filmed or interviewed for use in Connecting With Bricks promotional material, website content, social media and related media activities.
• Consent is optional.

BEHAVIOUR EXPECTATIONS
• Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers and fellow attendees.
• Any participant displaying unsafe, disruptive or abusive behaviour, or failing to follow workshop rules, may be asked to leave the session.
• Where applicable, parents/carers may be contacted and asked to collect participants early.

FOOD & DRINKS
• A soft drink is included within the session ticket price.
• Water bottles are permitted.
• Outside food is not permitted within the workshop area.

LEGO® MATERIALS & EXIT PROCEDURE
• All LEGO® materials remain the property of Connecting With Bricks Inc.
• To help protect workshop resources, participants may be asked during departure to briefly turn out pockets or visibly show personal belongings before leaving the workshop area.

REFUND POLICY
• Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or non-attendance.
• Tickets may be transferred to another participant by contacting the Event Organiser prior to the event.
• If Connecting With Bricks Inc cancels or reschedules the event, attendees will be offered a transfer or full refund.

GENERAL
• Please direct any event enquiries to the Event Organiser.
• This is an independent event and is not endorsed by LEGO®.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive future updates and promotional information from Connecting With Bricks Inc (unsubscribe available at any time).
