By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Preschool Pep Rally 2026 ("the Event"), you
agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing
your booking.
1. TICKETS & PURCHASING
1.1 Tickets must be purchased in advance via the official TryBookings event page. Tickets
are not sold at the door.
1.2 Ticket prices are as follows:
• Adult: $25
• Child (2–17 years): $20
• Performing Dancer: FREE (one per enrolled dancer, booking still required)
1.3 Children under 2 years are free and do not require a ticket, however they must sit on a
parent or guardian's lap.
1.5 All ticket sales are processed through TryBookings. Eternity Dance is not responsible for
third-party transaction issues, however we will assist where possible.
2. REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
2.1 All ticket sales are FINAL. No refunds will be provided once tickets have been
purchased, including in the case of illness, change of plans, family emergencies, or inability
to attend.
2.2 Tickets are transferable. If you can no longer attend, your tickets may be passed on to
another family member, friend, or member of our studio community. Please contact us at
info@eternitydance.com.au if you would like to advise us of a transfer.
2.3 In the unlikely event that Eternity Dance cancels the Event due to circumstances within
our control, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
2.4 If the Event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control
(including but not limited to extreme weather, government health directives, venue issues, or
other force majeure events), refunds will be considered at the discretion of Eternity Dance.
3. PERFORMERS & PARTICIPATION
3.1 The Preschool Pep Rally is exclusively for enrolled preschool dancers at Eternity Dance.
Only enrolled dancers may perform on stage.
3.2 Attendance at the Event is presumed for all enrolled preschool dancers. Families wishing
to opt their dancer out must do so via the official opt-out form by the deadline communicated
by the studio.
3.3 Performers must arrive at the time specified by the studio in full Ready Set Dance
uniform with hair, stockings and dance shoes prepared as outlined in the Information Pack.
3.4 Performers will be supervised by Eternity Dance staff and teachers in the designated
dancers' area. Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child outside of supervised
performance time.
3.5 If your dancer is unwell on the day of the Event, please contact the studio as soon as
possible. We ask that unwell dancers do not attend in consideration of the wellbeing of other
dancers and audience members.
4. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
4.1 Professional photography and videography will be taking place at the Event. These
images and videos may be used for Eternity Dance marketing purposes, including (but not
limited to) social media, websites, brochures, advertising, and internal studio
communications.
4.2 By purchasing a ticket and/or allowing your dancer to participate, you acknowledge that
photography and videography will take place and that imagery may include your child.
4.3 If you do NOT wish for your child to appear in studio photography or videography, you
must notify Eternity Dance in writing prior to the Event via info@eternitydance.com.au. We
will do our best to accommodate your request.
4.4 Audience photography is permitted with the following restrictions:
• NO flash photography during performances — this is distracting and potentially unsafe for
our dancers.
• NO photography or filming of dancers other than your own without explicit parental
consent.
• NO posting of backstage areas, dressing rooms, or other dancers on social media.
• Please be mindful of other audience members and the dancers on stage at all times.
4.5 Eternity Dance reserves the right to ask audience members to stop photographing or
filming if it becomes disruptive or breaches the above conditions.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT
5.1 All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards Eternity Dance staff,
performers, venue staff, and other audience members.
5.2 Aggressive, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Eternity
Dance reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Event whose
behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
5.3 Audience members must remain seated during performances. Movement is permitted
between routines or during designated breaks.
5.4 Mobile phones must be switched to silent for the duration of the Event.
5.5 Children in the audience must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
6. HEALTH, SAFETY & ACCESSIBILITY
6.1 If you, your child, or any member of your party has specific accessibility needs, allergies,
or medical requirements, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate
arrangements where possible.
6.2 Eternity Dance is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property
occurring at the Event, except where caused by our negligence.
6.3 Attendees enter and remain at the venue at their own risk. The venue (Catalyst Church)
has its own safety procedures which must be followed.
6.4 Please do not attend the Event if you or your dancer is unwell with a contagious illness.
7. VENUE
7.1 The Event will be held at Catalyst Church, 225 Heaths Road, Werribee VIC 3030.
7.2 Onsite parking is available free of charge.
7.3 All venue rules and policies must be respected. Any direction from venue staff must be
followed.
7.4 Food and drink policies are subject to venue rules. We recommend bringing a labelled
water bottle for your dancer.
8. CHANGES TO THE EVENT
8.1 Eternity Dance reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, running order,
performance times, or other event details where reasonably necessary. Significant changes
will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as practicable.
8.2 Session times and arrival times will be confirmed closer to the Event date. Families are
asked to keep the full day available where possible.
9. PRIVACY
9.1 Personal information collected through ticket purchase or registration will be used solely
for event-related communications and will not be shared with third parties without your
consent, except where required by law.
9.2 Photography and videography captured at the Event may be retained and used by
Eternity Dance for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with Section 4 of
these Terms.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Preschool Pep Rally 2026, you confirm that you
have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of
yourself and all attendees in your party (including children).
