Trial Class Terms and Conditions:
1. The Trial Class fee is limited to one per participant and covers attendance at one scheduled karate class only.
2. All bookings must be made through the designated booking system and are subject to class availability.
3. A confirmed booking does not guarantee participation if the participant fails to comply with safety instructions, club rules, or instructor directions.
4. The Trial Class fee is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the class is cancelled by the club.
5. A karate uniform is not included with the Trial Class product.
6. Participants acknowledge that karate and martial arts activities involve physical exertion and an inherent risk of injury. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
7. Participants agree to follow all instructions given by instructors and staff and to behave respectfully towards other students and visitors.
8. The club reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate
