Terms & Conditions – NQ Breathwork - 9D Breathwork Events
By purchasing a ticket to or attending a 9D Breathwork event facilitated by Amy Aquilini / NQ Breathwork, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
# 1. Participation & Personal Responsibility - 9D Breathwork is a powerful wellness and personal development experience that may involve deep emotional, mental, and physical responses. By participating, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in the session and accept full responsibility for your wellbeing before, during, and after the event.
Participants are encouraged to listen to their body at all times and modify or stop participation if needed.
# 2. Medical Disclaimer - 9D Breathwork is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, psychological treatment, or therapy. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have any medical or mental health concerns.
Participation is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions unless written medical approval is provided:
* Pregnancy
* Epilepsy or seizures
* Cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure
* Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
* Recent surgery or physical injuries
* History of psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe mental illness
* Any condition that may be impacted by intense breathing practices
By attending, you confirm that you are medically and emotionally fit to participate.
# 3. Waiver of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amy Aquilini/NQ Breathwork shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, emotional response, illness, or adverse effect resulting from participation in the event.
Participants accept all risks associated with breathwork practices and release the facilitator, venue, staff, and affiliates from liability arising from participation.
# 4. Tickets & Refund Policy -
* All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
* Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
* If you cannot attend, credit toward a future event may be offered at the facilitator’s discretion.
* In the event of cancellation by the organiser, participants will be offered either a refund or transfer to a future event.
# 5. Late Arrivals - To protect the safety and experience of all participants, late arrivals may not be permitted entry once the session has commenced. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed sessions.
# 6. Confidentiality & Respect - Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of others attending the event. Personal stories, emotional experiences, and group discussions shared during sessions are to remain private.
Any disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
# 7. Media Consent - Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of any images or recordings containing your likeness unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.
# 8. Substance-Free Environment - Participants must not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. The facilitator reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unsafe or impaired.
# 9. Results & Outcomes - Individual experiences vary. No guarantees are made regarding specific emotional, mental, physical, or personal outcomes from participation in 9D Breathwork sessions.
# 10. Agreement - By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
