By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the event via email from Southern Blues. All attendees of the event must adhere to Swing Dance Adelaide's Code of Conduct (https://swingdanceadelaide.com/code-of-conduct/) at all times.

Photos and videos will be taken during the event and may be posted on Swing Dance Adelaide or Southern Blues social media or used in promotional materials. If you do not consent for your image to be used for this purpose, please indicate this on your registration form and collect a wristband to wear throughout the weekend on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
We greatly appreciate people who sign up early – it gives us certainty over how the event will run, and we can start planning accordingly! That also means we understand if plans change, and our cancellation policy reflects that for as long as possible.

We are happy to offer a full refund (less booking costs) if your pass is cancelled on or before 1 October 2025. Simply send us an email and we’ll sort you out.

We are happy to offer at least a 50% refund if your pass is cancelled between 2 October and 17 October 2025. Send us an email and we’ll issue the partial refund – if we have a waitlist, we may be able to give your pass to someone else and possibly issue a full refund.

After 17 October 2025, no refunds will generally be provided. If we have a waitlist, we may be able to give your pass to someone else and possibly issue a full refund.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
