By registering for CK FIT GAMES, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participation
Participants acknowledge that CK FIT GAMES is a physical fitness event involving exercise and physical exertion. By participating, all entrants confirm they are medically fit and able to take part.

Liability Waiver
Participants understand that involvement in fitness activities carries inherent risks, including injury. CK FIT GAMES, organisers, staff, volunteers, and venue owners will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or personal property loss sustained during the event.

Medical Responsibility
Participants are responsible for monitoring their own physical condition during the event and should stop immediately if feeling unwell, dizzy, injured, or unable to continue safely.

Team Allocation
Teams must consist of 4 participants (2 females + 2 males). Individual registrations are welcome and participants may be allocated into teams by organisers prior to or on event day.

Refund Policy
All registrations are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Tickets may be transferred to another participant with prior notice.

Event Changes
CK FIT GAMES reserves the right to modify event formats, station layouts, schedules, or activities if required for safety, operational, or weather-related reasons.

Photography & Media
By attending the event, participants consent to photography and video content being captured and used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by CK FIT GAMES.

Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, spectators, and other competitors. Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket and participating in CK FIT GAMES, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
