1. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Incorrect purchase
Failure to attend
Late arrival
Change in personal circumstances
Illness, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts

2. No Ticket Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, resold, transferred, or reassigned to another person unless approved in writing by the event organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where ticket holder details do not match attendance records.

3. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to:
Change the event date, venue, schedule, performers, speakers, or program without prior notice
Cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, government directions, or events beyond reasonable control
Where an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Entry Conditions
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for:
Disruptive behaviour
Intoxication
Harassment or inappropriate conduct
Breach of venue or event rules
No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

5. Photography & Media
By attending the event, attendees consent to photography, videography, and recording for promotional and marketing purposes across digital and print media.

6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for:
Personal injury
Loss or theft of personal property
Travel or accommodation costs
Indirect or consequential losses arising from attendance at the event

7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or applicable Australian Consumer Laws.
