WATTLE Roadshow – Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket via TryBooking, you agree to the following:
• Tickets: Each ticket is for the named attendee and is non-transferable without prior approval.
• No refunds: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, including non-attendance. Substitutions may be considered with prior approval.
• Event changes: The event is delivered by WATTLE in conjunction with Curtin University and supported by TechnologyOne. We reserve the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the event. If this occurs, tickets may be refunded or transferred to an alternative arrangement at our discretion.
• Photography: By attending, you consent to photography and recording for use by WATTLE, Curtin University, and TechnologyOne. Please notify us if you prefer not to be photographed.
• Privacy: Your information will be used to administer the event and may be shared with Curtin University, TechOne, and service providers as required. For details, see Swinburne’s Privacy Policy: https://www.swinburne.edu.au/privacy/
• Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave professionally. We may refuse entry or remove participants for inappropriate behaviour, without refund.
• Liability: To the extent permitted by law, WATTLE, Curtin University, and TechOne are not liable for loss, damage, or injury in connection with the event.
