Make sure to record the QR code given to you at time of purchase AND you keep a record of your confirmation email handy in case of technical issues on the day.
Additional raffle tickets will be avilable on the day.
REFUNDS for online purchases will only be available if the event coordinator is contacted via email by THURDSAY 20 AUGUST 2026. Refunds will be arranged AFTER the weekend of the event and can take 5-10 days (this is through the online booking flatform). Unfortunately, we CANNOT REFUND an unforseen non attendance on the actual day.
