REFUND POLICY:
We have a strict refund policy.
Should you decide to cancel or unable to attend a session we will unfortunately not be able to provide any refund. All refund requests must be done in writing and send to ch_htscc@bigpond.net.au.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES MADE BY CHCC:
CHCC reserves the right to cancel or make changes for events or classes with low attendance. You will be advised if it is the case and prior to the commencement date by phone or email. On these occasions a full class/event refund will be issued.
In the event CHCC has to close due to an outbreak of COVID-19 or for any other safety reason, a full class refund will be issued.

BEHAVIOUR:
Participants must be respectful to all others participants, CHCC Staff and volunteers. Breaches of this rule might result to an exclusion of the activity/event and the Centre.

PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY:
It is the policy of the Chelsea Heights Community Centre to maintain the highest level of confidentiality for information provided by its participants. Information collected is either required by law or necessary for the running the activity you are enrolled in. The handing in of this completed, signed form signifies your approval to use your information for those purposes. The privacy policy 6.2 is available upon request from the office.

COVID-19:
You agree to comply with all COVID19 current requirements and confirm you will not attend the activity if unwell and will notify CHCC or the activity provider immediately if yourself or a family member has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
