By completing this registration you agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of your child/children.

Bookings & Payment
All registrations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Places are not confirmed until payment is received. Package prices are inclusive of event entry, guided Performance Sessions and all associated materials (medals, certificates, adjudicator feedback).

Performance Sessions
Session dates are Saturday 18 July, 25 July, 1 August and 8 August 2026. Final session times are allocated by Stummer Studio based on availability submitted at booking. Families do not select specific session times. Session timetables will be communicated closer to the event. It is the family's responsibility to ensure their child attends their allocated session/s.

Cancellations & Refunds
Registrations are non-refundable once booked. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate where possible. Stummer Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in the event of teacher illness or unforeseen circumstances, and will provide alternative arrangements where possible.

Music Choice/Submission
Music files must be approved by Teachers prior to beginning. The music must be submitted by the deadline communicated after booking. Failure to submit music by the deadline may result in the student being unable to perform. Music must be provided as an MP3 file and must be appropriate for a family audience.

Photography & Media
The event will be filmed and photographed for studio use. By registering you consent to your child being included in event photography and footage unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers, adjudicators and fellow performers during both Performance Sessions and the event day. Stummer Studio reserves the right to remove a student from the program if conduct is deemed inappropriate.

Changes to the Event
Stummer Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, running order or session structure. Families will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Costume hire fees are non-refundable once a costume has been allocated.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
