These terms & conditions (Terms) are entered into between Cherry Charleston ABN 69614465352 (we, us or our) and you, together the Parties and each a Party.
You accept these Terms by making payment of any part of the fees for the Services you have selected.
Disclaimer
Your participation in the Services may expose you to the risk of physical harm or personal injury. The risk of physical harm or personal injury may arise from, but is not limited to, third party participants, your fitness level or the equipment used by you. You agree that physical harm or personal injury may arise from you or another party’s acts, omissions or negligence. You understand and voluntarily accept any risk that may arise from your participation in the event. We limit our liability as permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (please see Australian Consumer Law section below).
Personal Belongings:
We accept no responsibility for your personal items, and exclude all Liability for any personal items that are misplaced, lost or stolen so please take care of your belongings & ensure you have everything with you when leaving.
Behaviour:
You acknowledge and agree that you must act respectfully and considerately towards us and other participants, and not do anything to harm us and/or other participants. If you fail to comply with this clause, you agree that we may ask you to leave an event at any time, and, in our sole discretion, stop your future use of our Services.
Photography: Photography and video for personal use is welcomed.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Tickets can be deferred to a later event with 5 business days notice.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
