By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending this event, all Guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not purchase a ticket or attend this event.

1. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, performances, readings, presentations, branding, imagery, recordings, social media content, written materials, event concepts, show formats, and intellectual property associated with this event — including but not limited to the "Two Worlds of Spirit" concept, "Readings to Remember" branding, content delivered by Lesley Spaliviero ('Psychics on Radio, Angels on Air') and Rory Ballinger ('StillSickStillHere') — are the exclusive intellectual property of the respective owners and are protected under applicable Australian and international copyright law.

No part of this event, its content, recordings, imagery, branding, or materials may be reproduced, distributed, published, uploaded, livestreamed, broadcast, shared publicly, sold, sublicensed, or used in any form without the prior express written consent of the relevant copyright owners. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this content may constitute an infringement of copyright and may result in legal action.
2. TICKETS & ENTRY
• Please bring your ticket as proof of purchase upon arrival. Mobile phone display is accepted.
• All ticket sales are final and non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by the Event Organiser.
• The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event at their sole discretion for inappropriate, disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour — without refund.
• Tickets remain the property of the Event Organiser and may be cancelled at any time if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
3. AGE RESTRICTIONS
• This event is recommended for persons aged 18 years and over.
• Persons aged 16–17 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
• Persons under 16 years of age are not permitted to attend.
• By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you meet the applicable age requirements or that you are the parent/guardian of the minor attending.
4. REFUND POLICY
All ticket purchases are strictly final. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind or personal circumstances
• Non-attendance, lateness, or travel disruptions
• Illness or medical issues
• Removal from the event due to breach of these Terms & Conditions
In the event that the Event Organiser postpones or cancels the event, ticket holders will be notified and options regarding rescheduling or any applicable refund will be communicated at the Organiser's discretion.
5. EVENT SCHEDULE
• Doors Open: 1:30pm
• Doors Close: 1:50pm sharp (10 minutes prior to commencement)
• Show Commences: 2:00pm sharp
• Show Concludes: Approximately 5:00pm
• Scheduled breaks will be incorporated throughout the event.
Late entry may not be permitted once the show has commenced, as entry after doors close may disrupt the experience for all attendees.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & RECORDINGS
By attending this event, all Guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by authorised event representatives, professional photographers, videographers, media personnel, or the Event Organiser for the purposes of promotion, marketing, archiving, social media, and educational content.
Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that:
• They must NOT photograph, film, livestream, audio-record, or otherwise reproduce any part of the event without prior written permission from the Event Organiser or Speakers.
• All content captured by authorised event representatives remains the exclusive copyright of the relevant Organiser and/or Speaker and may be used without further notification or compensation.
• Any unauthorised recording, reproduction, or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.
7. PSYCHIC & MEDIUMSHIP READINGS — IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
All psychic, mediumship, spiritual, intuitive, trauma coaching, and related content delivered at this event is provided for the purposes of personal insight, spiritual exploration, entertainment, and education only.
Guests acknowledge and agree that:
• Attendance does not guarantee that any Guest will receive a personal reading, message, or interaction.
• While every effort will be made to include as many attendees as possible, readings are subject to time, audience size, and the Speakers' discretion.
• All guidance, interpretations, messages, and insights are subjective in nature and must NOT be relied upon as a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice.
• Guests remain solely and fully responsible for their own interpretations, decisions, actions, and outcomes following attendance.
• The Speakers and Event Organiser reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or redirect any reading at any time where they consider it inappropriate, unethical, emotionally unsafe, or potentially harmful.
8. HEALTH & WELLBEING
• Guests acknowledge that topics discussed during the event may be emotional, sensitive, spiritually intense, or personally triggering.
• By attending, Guests accept full personal responsibility for their own emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical wellbeing before, during, and after the event.
• If you are currently experiencing severe emotional distress, mental health concerns, psychological instability, or unmanaged medical issues, you are strongly encouraged to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional prior to attending this event.
• The Event Organiser and Speakers accept no responsibility for any emotional or psychological response arising from attendance.
9. COURTESY & EVENT CONDUCT
All Guests are expected to conduct themselves with the utmost respect toward Speakers, staff, venue personnel, volunteers, and fellow attendees at all times. The following standards of conduct are required:
• Guests must remain seated unless otherwise instructed and must not approach the stage or Speakers during presentations unless specifically invited.
• To maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere, Guests are asked to refrain from unnecessary talking, interruptions, shouting, disruptive behaviour, or distraction during the event.
• Once a Guest has received their reading, or while awaiting a reading, Guests are kindly asked not to speak or create distractions, out of courtesy to all in attendance.
• Any person engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, aggressive, intoxicated, or inappropriately disruptive conduct may be removed from the event immediately without refund.
• Making unnecessary complaints or disrupting the proceedings will not be tolerated.
10. SMOKING, ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCES
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue and may only be used in designated outdoor areas as permitted by the venue.
• Guests are strongly encouraged to avoid excessive alcohol consumption before or during the event. Intoxicated, loud, aggressive, or disruptive persons may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund.
• Illegal substances, drugs, and any threatening or violent behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances and may result in removal from the venue and notification of authorities.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Australian law, the Event Organiser, Speakers (including Lesley Spaliviero and Rory Ballinger), venue, affiliated companies, contractors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and their respective representatives:
• Accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, emotional distress, psychological harm, property damage, expense, claim, accident, theft, or consequential loss of any kind arising directly or indirectly from attendance at the event.
• Accept no liability for decisions made or actions taken by Guests following the event, including decisions based on guidance, readings, or insights received during the event.
• Accept no responsibility for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged at the event.
Guests attend this event voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory legislation.
12. WAIVER & RELEASE FROM LEGAL CLAIMS
By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending this event, each Guest irrevocably and unconditionally waives and releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities, or proceedings — whether known or unknown — against:
The Event Organiser, event promoters, event planners, coordinators, staff, contractors, volunteers, affiliated companies, Speakers (including Lesley Spaliviero and Rory Ballinger), the venue and its staff, agents, successors, and assigns.
This waiver and release applies in respect of any matter arising from or connected with attendance at the event, including but not limited to: the content of any reading or presentation; personal decisions made following attendance; any emotional, physical, or psychological response; and any technical difficulties or event changes.
Nothing in this clause operates to waive or exclude any statutory right that cannot be lawfully waived under Australian Consumer Law.
13. DEFAMATION & PUBLIC STATEMENTS
Guests agree that they will not knowingly publish, post, broadcast, or distribute false, misleading, defamatory, malicious, or intentionally damaging statements — including on social media, review platforms, online forums, or in any other public forum — regarding the Event Organiser, Speakers, venue, staff, contractors, or affiliated persons or entities.
Nothing in this clause limits any lawful rights available under Australian law.
14. CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT & CANCELLATION
The Event Organiser reserves the right to alter event content, Speakers, venue arrangements, schedules, or seating where reasonably necessary. In circumstances beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to illness, venue issues, emergencies, technical difficulties, adverse weather, acts of God, pandemics, or other force majeure events — the Organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the event.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. All Guests submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or attendance at this event.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Guest and the Event Organiser in respect of attendance at this event. If any provision is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
