By registering for the Brisbane South Wildcats 2026 State Titles Trial Process, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Submission of registration does not guarantee selection into the Brisbane South Wildcats State Titles program.
• Trial registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Athletes are expected to attend all trial sessions if selected to progress through the trial process.
• Additional program, travel and uniform costs will apply for athletes selected into the program.
• Brisbane South Wildcats reserves the right to amend trial dates, times, venues or processes where required.
• Participants may be photographed or filmed during trials and related program activities for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Participants are expected to uphold appropriate behaviour and comply with Brisbane South Wildcats policies, procedures and codes of conduct throughout the trial and program process.
• By registering, participants consent to Brisbane South Wildcats contacting them regarding trial outcomes, program updates and related event information.
