Dancers are participating at their own risk. Sonja takes careful consideration into what exercises are performed and to ensure they are executed safely, however, she is not liable for any injuries that may occur. A medical and media waiver must be signed before a dancer can participate in the classes.

No cancellations unless medical certificate is provided or for compassionate reasons.
If there is a pre existing injury or current injury, a medical approval from a health professional must be provided.
