📅 Booking & Payment
Bookings are made via TryBooking or by direct debit and are confirmed once payment is received.

Places are limited, and enrolments are only accepted via application

A confirmation email is sent once booked.
You will receive a welcome pack in a separate email, a few weeks before the Term begins


❌ Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 14 days or more before the first workshop session will receive a full refund, minus booking fees.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the first workshop day will receive a partial refund, minus booking fees.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

If your child cannot attend due to illness or emergency, please contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.


🔄 Changes to Teachers or Timetable
Sometimes our fabulous facilitators get called to set, stage, or screen (they’re professionals, after all!).

In the rare event of a facilitator change, we promise to provide a highly experienced replacement.

We reserve the right to adjust the day’s schedule slightly based on group size and energy—we keep it fun and flexible!
