1. My purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. If you are purchasing a ticket on behalf of another person, it is your responsibility to make them aware of and accept these terms.

2. The event may only attended by individuals who are 18 years or older on the night of the event.

3. All tickets sales are final. A full refund will provided if the event organisers are requested two weeks ahead of time; a 50% refund will be provided if cancelled up to 48 hours ahead of the event. No refund will be provided for cancellations less than 48 hours before the event or in the event of a no-show on the day.

4. All attendees must behave in a respectful manner and follow any instructions related to staff and security on the night.

5. Dangerous, disruptive or harassing behaviour will not be tolerated and the organisers reserve the right to remove an attendee, without refund, should they display dangerous, disruptive or harassing behaviour.

6. No outside food or drink may be brought into the venue.

7. By attending the event, you grant the organiser the right to use your image in photographs or videos for promotional, marketing or archival purposes.

8. Attending individuals are responsible for all their personal items during the event.

9. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the attendee or their personal property while attending the event.

10. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

11. Any personal information collected during the ticket purchasing process will be handled in accordance with privacy policies and will only be used by the event organisers for the purpose of communicating for the event and for safety.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
