Terms and Conditions – Fun Colour Run Event

By registering for and/or participating in the Fun Colour Run event, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation Requirements
Participation is open to registered attendees only.
Participants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
All participants must follow instructions provided by event organisers and marshals at all times.
2. Clothing Requirement
White shirts are required to be worn by all participants on the day of the event.
White shirts will not be provided by the organisers.
Participants are responsible for supplying and wearing appropriate white clothing suitable for outdoor physical activity.
Organisers accept no responsibility for damage, staining, or permanent discolouration of clothing, footwear, or personal items due to colour powder or event activities.
3. Colour Powder Use
Colour powders used during the event are generally non-toxic and safe for skin contact; however, participants with allergies, respiratory conditions, or sensitivities participate at their own risk.
Participants acknowledge that colour powder may cause staining to skin, hair, clothing, and personal belongings.
4. Health and Safety
Participants confirm they are physically fit to take part in light physical activity such as walking, jogging, or running.
It is the participant’s responsibility to advise organisers of any medical conditions that may affect participation.
Participants must wear appropriate footwear suitable for outdoor conditions.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating, attendees acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the event.
The organisers, sponsors, and affiliated partners accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or illness incurred during or as a result of participation, except where required by law.
6. Behaviour and Conduct
Anti-social, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
Participants must respect other attendees, volunteers, and event staff.
7. Event Changes
Organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Photography and Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, participants consent to their image being used in event marketing and communications unless otherwise advised in writing prior to the event.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or attending the event, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
