Terms & Conditions
• Enrolments close on 30 July 2026. No cancellations, transfers, credits, or refunds will be accepted after the enrolment due date.
• Cancellations made before the enrolment due date will incur a $15 administration fee per participant.
• No refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or resits will be provided for absences, no-shows, illness, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind, unless otherwise determined by AMT policies.
• Participants must arrive on time to allow for check-in, device setup, and system adjustments. Late arrivals may be refused entry to ensure the smooth running of the competition.
• Parents and guardians are not permitted inside the examination room or competition area during the competition.
• Participants may only sit the competition once and in one division only.
• Participants must follow all supervisor instructions and comply with AMC competition rules and examination conditions at all times.
• Mobile phones, smart watches, notes, and unauthorised materials are not permitted during the competition. All prohibited items must be switched off and stored before the competition begins.
• Participants must bring their own fully charged and functional device (laptop/iPad/tablet) with a compatible internet browser. Participants are responsible for ensuring their device is suitable for the competition requirements prior to arrival.
• Rainbow Academy is not responsible for device malfunctions, battery issues, internet interruptions, software issues, or other technical difficulties outside of its reasonable control.
• Incorrect participant information submitted during registration may affect competition records, certificates, or result processing.
• Participants must not photograph, copy, distribute, or share competition materials before, during, or after the competition.
• Food is not permitted inside the examination room. Water bottles are permitted.
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Rainbow Academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Rainbow Academy acts as an independent hosting venue for the AMC and is not responsible for the release of official AMC results, certificates, awards, or competition content determined by the Australian Maths Trust (AMT).
• Rainbow Academy reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the competition environment or breaches AMC or venue rules.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, emergency situations, venue issues, or changes required by the Australian Maths Trust (AMT), Rainbow Academy reserves the right to adjust the competition schedule, format, supervision arrangements, or venue where necessary.
• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• By registering, parents/guardians and participants acknowledge and accept all AMC, AMT, and Rainbow Academy competition policies, procedures, and terms and conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
