I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child/children named on this form and consent to their participation in the event.

I acknowledge that snowsports involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, changing weather, variable snow conditions, and injury.

I agree to supervise my child/children at all times when they are not directly competing in the event.

I accept responsibility for ensuring that my child/children are appropriately dressed and equipped for the weather, snow conditions, and event requirements on the day.

I confirm that my child/children are capable of participating safely in the event and will follow all instructions given by event officials, volunteers, resort staff, ski patrol, and organisers.

I understand that my child/children must wear an approved snowsports helmet while participating in the event.

In the event of an accident, illness, or injury, I authorise the organisers to seek medical assistance for my child/children if I cannot be contacted promptly.

I acknowledge that the event may be delayed, changed, shortened, or cancelled due to weather, snow conditions, safety concerns, resort operations, or other circumstances beyond the organisers’ control.

I agree that my child/children will behave respectfully toward other participants, race officials, staff/volunteers, resort staff, and spectators.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
