REFUNDS

For cancellations up to one (1) week prior to the event, a full refund will be given. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than one (1) weeks notice.

An administration fee of $10 applies to ALL cancellations.

FAILURE TO ATTEND

A delegate who fails to attend will be liable for 100 percent of the ticket fee.

LIVE VIRTUAL TICKET HOLDERS

1. Zoom application: Delegates are responsible for ensuring their Zoom application is up to date prior to the event.
2. Internet connection: Delegates are responsible for securing a stable internet connection to access the live virtual stream.
3. Technical support: Our AV technicians will be on-site to ensure the quality of the stream output.
4. Liability: We do not take any responsibility for any issues related to poor internet connection or other technical difficulties on the delegate's side.
5. Refunds and failure to attend: See above.
6. Access and security: Unauthorised sharing may result in termination of access without refund.
7. Content use: The content of the live stream is for the delegate's personal use only and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed in any form.
