By registering for the Winter Wonderland School Holiday Program at Eternity Dance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Enrolment & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place.
- Places are limited and bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval from Eternity Dance.

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the program date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the program date are non-refundable.
- If your child is unable to attend due to illness, a credit may be offered at the discretion of - - Eternity Dance upon receipt of appropriate notification.
- If the program is cancelled by Eternity Dance, participants will receive a full refund or transfer option.

Attendance
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants are signed in and out by an authorised adult.
- Participants should arrive promptly and be collected on time.
- Eternity Dance reserves the right to contact emergency contacts if a child has not been collected within a reasonable timeframe after the program concludes.

Clothing & Personal Belongings
- Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for dancing and movement.
- Closed-toe shoes are recommended unless otherwise advised.
- Please clearly label all personal belongings.
- Eternity Dance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Medical Information
- Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, behavioural needs, or additional support requirements at the time of booking.
- By enrolling, parents/guardians authorise Eternity Dance staff to seek appropriate medical treatment in the event of an emergency if they cannot be contacted.

Behaviour Expectations
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other children, and studio property.
- Eternity Dance reserves the right to remove a participant from the program if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

Photography & Media
- Photographs and videos may be taken during the program for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Parents/guardians who do not wish for their child to be photographed or recorded must notify Eternity Dance in writing prior to the program.

Liability
- While all reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe environment, participation in dance and movement activities involves an inherent risk of injury.
- By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks and release Eternity Dance, its staff, and contractors from liability except where required by law.

Program Changes
- Eternity Dance reserves the right to make changes to program activities, staffing, scheduling, or other arrangements if necessary.
