2. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
3. Guests must be aged 18 years or above. For exceptions contact organiser.
4. No other pets/animals to be brought onto the property.
5. Event may be cancelled in the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, a full refund, minus booking or transaction fees, will be issued.
6. Cancellation by booker will be refunded cost of ticket minus booking and transaction fees.
7. All guests will be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival. All bookings are conditional upon signing of liability waiver.
8. Safe horse handling and the wearing of a safety approved helmet on the property is essential.
9. Any behaviour deemed unsafe or antisocial/disruptive may result in guest being asked to leave the property. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.
10. If requesting guided rides, riders must follow guides rules.
11. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer and additional guests are purchasing accommodation and use of facilities at Mayfield. All activities undertaken by guests on the property are done so at their own risk and are subject to signing of a liability waiver.
12. By purchasing a ticket, all guests agree to the terms and conditions above, regardless of whether they are the purchaser or additional guest.
