Spinal Energetics Group Session – Terms & Conditions & Liability Waiver

By purchasing, booking, attending, or participating in this Spinal Energetics group session (“Session”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of the Session

Spinal Energetics sessions are intended for personal growth, relaxation, nervous system support, emotional wellbeing, and energetic exploration. These sessions are complementary wellness experiences and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare treatment.

No diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or guarantees of outcomes are provided.

2. Participant Responsibility

By participating, you confirm that:

You are voluntarily participating in the Session.
You are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating.
You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the Session.
You will seek appropriate medical or psychological support where necessary.

You acknowledge that experiences during sessions may vary from person to person and may include emotional or physical sensations.

3. Contraindications & Health Declaration

By attending the Session, you confirm that you do not have any medical, psychological, or other contraindications that would make participation unsafe or unsuitable.

You agree that you are not participating while experiencing any condition that could be adversely affected by breathwork, nervous system activation, emotional release work, or energetic practices, including but not limited to:

Severe mental health conditions
Psychosis or schizophrenia
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Serious cardiovascular conditions
Pregnancy complications
Recent major surgery or injury
Any condition advised against participation by a medical professional

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether participation is appropriate for you.

4. Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in the Session involves voluntary participation in somatic, energetic, and nervous system-based practices that may involve emotional or physical responses.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the facilitator, organiser, venue, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from or related to:

Your participation in the Session
Any physical, emotional, energetic, or psychological response
Any failure to disclose relevant medical or psychological information
Any misunderstanding, interpretation, or misuse of information provided during the Session

You acknowledge that all information shared during the Session is provided for general educational and wellbeing purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.

6. No Guarantees

Results and experiences vary between individuals. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, healing, transformation, or specific results.

7. Personal Responsibility

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and wellbeing before, during, and after the Session.

8. Confidentiality & Group Environment

Participants are asked to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others attending the group session. Personal experiences shared within the group should remain confidential.

9. Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, change of mind, non-attendance, late arrival, or inability to participate.

Bookings are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another person, date, event, private session, or future group session unless otherwise agreed in writing by the facilitator.

This agreement, waiver, and consent apply solely to the specific Spinal Energetics group session being attended and do not extend to any future sessions, private 1:1 sessions, retreats, workshops, online offerings, or other events.

10. Consent

By purchasing, booking, or attending this Session, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
You voluntarily agree to participate.
You agree to the liability waiver and release outlined above.
