1. Refunds/Exchanges: Ticket refunds or exchanges are allowed if requested in writing at least 24 hours before the event. No refunds or exchanges are available on the day of the event.

2. Ticket Confirmation: Please bring your confirmation email (printed or digital) for entry. Tickets are transferable.

3. Accessible Seating: If you need wheelchair-accessible seating, please email Cassie at info@elementstheatreco.com in advance, and we will reserve seating for you near the front.

4. Late Entry: Entry may be restricted if you arrive after the performance has started.

5. Conduct and Safety: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund. Elements Theatre Co. is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage.

6. Non-Alcoholic Event: This is a family-friendly, alcohol-free event. Guests are asked to respect this policy.

7. Photography and Recording: Recording or photographing of the performance may be restricted to ensure student and audience privacy. We will have the event filmed so you can stay in the moment.
