*Cancellations & No - Shows*

If, for whatever reason, you cannot attend your booked workshop, unfortunately, I cannot refund you or give credit due to the preparation and time required to run the workshops.

An alternative solution would be to pass the ticket onto a friend or family member to take full opportunity of the workshop. I am more than happy for tickets to be transferred to someone else. Confirmation of the new ticket holder is to be messaged to me, ideally before the workshop starts.

I have a class minimum of 4 people per session to be able to run a class, If the minimum number of tickets are not sold for a workshop, I will have to cancel that workshop. You will be offered a full refund in this circumstance or a credit to attend another workshop.

* Workshop Start Time *
Please arrive 10mins before workshop ticket time.
It is VERY important that the workshops start on time.
