Ticket Changes & Refunds
Thank you for supporting our fundraising event. As proceeds from ticket sales help us plan and deliver the event, including catering and other event expenses, we kindly ask that attendees purchase tickets carefully, as refunds are generally not available for changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event. To arrange a ticket transfer, please contact the event organisers before this deadline and we will be happy to assist.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always do our best to help where possible.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. In the unlikely event that the organisers cancel the event, ticket holders will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date, and refund options may be considered for those unable to attend the rescheduled event.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
