Thank you for registering your child for A Little Artsy's Art Workshop! By enrolling, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Registration, Payment & Cancellation
Registration: All participants must be registered through the official registration form and payment portal before attending the workshop. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment: Payment for the workshop is required at the time of registration, using Trybooking payment methods.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your child’s registration, please notify at least 2 days prior to the workshop start date. Refunds will be issued as follows:
Full refund for cancellations made 2+ days before the workshop.
50% refund for cancellations made 1-2 days before the workshop.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the workshop.
Cancellation: Workshops require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum enrolment is not reached, A Little Artsy reserves the right to cancel the workshop.
Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and all fees paid will be refunded in full. A Little Artsy is not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
2. Workshop Schedule and Location
Dates and Times: The workshop will take place on the specified dates and times.
Location: The workshop will be held at Office 3/ 70 Old Princes Highway, Beaconsfield. Please drop off and pick up your child promptly at the designated times.
3. Parental/Guardian Responsibility
Attendance: Parents or guardians must ensure their child arrives on time and is picked up promptly at the end of each session. If a child is left unattended after the workshop ends, additional fees may apply for extended care.
Behaviour: Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in the child being asked to leave the workshop. No refunds will be issued for early dismissal due to behavioural issues.
Emergency Contact: You must provide up-to-date emergency contact information upon registration. If your child has a medical or behavioural issue that may affect their participation, please notify us prior to the workshop.
4. Health and Safety
Medical Information: Parents or guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may require attention during the workshop on the registration form. If your child has specific requirements (e.g., sensory needs, mobility assistance), please inform us so we can provide appropriate accommodations.
Illness: Children who are sick or exhibiting symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, vomiting) should not attend the workshop. In the event of illness during the session, we will contact the parent or guardian for prompt pick-up.
Injury and Liability: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all participants, A Little Artsy is not liable for any injuries sustained during the workshop. By enrolling your child, you agree to assume full responsibility for any potential risks involved in the activities.
5. Artwork and Supplies
Materials: All materials necessary for the workshop will be provided.
Artworks: Participants will have the opportunity to create and take home artwork. A Little Artsy is not responsible for any lost or damaged artwork.
6. Photography and Media
Consent to Photography: During the workshop, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes, social media, or educational materials. By enrolling your child, you give permission for photographs and videos of your child’s artwork and participation to be used by A Little Artsy, unless you specifically opt out by notifying us in writing prior to the start of the workshop.
7. Confidentiality
Privacy: All personal information provided by parents and guardians is confidential and will only be used for workshop-related purposes. We will not share your child’s personal information with third parties, except as required by law or in emergency situations.
8. Amendments and Changes
Changes to the Schedule: A Little Artsy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, instructor illness, etc.). In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions: A Little Artsy may update or amend these Terms and Conditions as needed. Participants will be notified of any significant changes prior to the start of the workshop.
9. Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability
By registering your child for this workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms outlined above. You agree to hold A Little Artsy and its instructors, staff, and affiliates harmless from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your child’s participation in the workshop.
10. Code of Conduct
Respectful Behaviour: All participants are expected to demonstrate respect for their peers, instructors, and the materials provided. We encourage a positive, inclusive environment for all children. Bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the child being removed from the workshop without refund.
Participation: While we encourage every child to express their creativity freely, we ask that parents and guardians ensure their child is prepared to engage in the workshop’s activities. Parents are welcome to observe but should not interfere with the child's creative process during the session.
