1. Registration & Payment
Registration for the event is required to secure your attendance.
Payment must be made in full prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are inclusive of GST, where applicable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will receive a full refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
In the case of event cancellation by the organiser, full refunds will be issued.

3. Transfers
Tickets are transferable to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of the transfer at least 2 days before the event.

4. Event Changes
We reserve the right to modify event details, including dates, speakers, and locations. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.

5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner during the event.
The organiser reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Liability
The organiser is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event.
By attending the event, you agree to assume full responsibility for your actions and any potential risks associated with participation.

7. Privacy & Data Collection
By registering, you consent to the collection of your personal information for event-related purposes only.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Photography & Recording
Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded, unless you inform us otherwise.

9. GST
GST will apply to the event fees, where applicable, and will be included in the total price displayed.

10. Special Requirements
If you have any special dietary or accessibility requirements, please notify us upon registration.
