- Children welcome with adult supervision and should be able to remain settled during the sound meditation.
- Sound meditation is offered as a wellbeing activity and is not a replacement for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
- Room is located at the back of the Upper Coomera Centre in the Youth room (walk down the corridor located on the lefthand side).

- Bring water bottle and something to lie on (eg yoga mat or towel). Optional- comfort items e.g., pillow and/or blanket
- Photos and videos may be taken during the session for promotional purposes, including use on social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let the facilitator know.
