Media clearance:

We take videos and photos during the session. These may be used for advertising and shared on social media or our website. Please make sure you ticked NO if this is not allowed.

Cancellations:

Weather & Events Outside of Elevate Netball’s Control

Where a cancellation is due to natural events outside of our control and the event is not safe to train, we will reschedule the session or issue a credit note to the buyer to use within 12 months of the cancelled event.

Other cancellations or changes by Elevate Netball the customer will be notified of options for a rescheduled event, credit or refund.

Customer Cancellations

Tickets are non refundable. If you can not attend on the day, you may be eligible for a credit to use within 12 months.

Elevate Netball Pty Ltd operates under the cancellation policy advice of the ACCC for selling tickets to events & consumer rights with tickets and event changes.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
