SYPHER SPACE™ – Terms & Conditions
• By enrolling, parents/carers acknowledge that students may participate in Robotics & Coding, STEM, Science, Public Speaking & Debating, Holiday Programs, Workshops, STEM Days and related educational activities conducted by SYPHER SPACE™.
• Students may use equipment including robotics kits, laptops, tablets and STEM resources during sessions. Certain activities may involve supervised experiments, teamwork, presentations and collaborative learning.
• No refunds are provided once a program, term or session has commenced.
• Missed classes, absences, holidays, extracurricular activities or scheduling conflicts do not entitle participants to refunds, credits, transfers or make-up sessions unless approved at the sole discretion of SYPHER SPACE™ management.
• SYPHER SPACE™ may attempt to contact parents/carers regarding unexplained absences where reasonably practicable; however, communication delivery cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside the organisation’s control including incorrect contact details, spam filtering or technical issues.
• Parents/carers remain responsible for ensuring their child attends the correct session and is collected promptly from the designated pickup location.
• Supervision applies only during scheduled session times and within designated program areas. SYPHER SPACE™ is an educational provider and not a childcare service.
• Bullying, unsafe behaviour, repeated disruption or damage to equipment may result in removal from the program without refund.
• Parents/carers must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies or support needs prior to participation.
• In emergency situations, parents/carers authorise SYPHER SPACE™ to seek medical assistance where reasonably necessary.
• Photos/videos may be used for educational or promotional purposes where consent has been provided during booking.
• SYPHER SPACE™ reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, instructors, lesson formats or program structures where operationally required.
• By proceeding with the booking, parents/carers confirm they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
