Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of Event
This event is held as a fundraiser for the Ringarooma Netball Club. All proceeds support club operations, equipment, and community programs.

2. Ticket Purchase & Entry
A valid ticket is required for entry and tickets will be checked at the door. Tickets are non‑refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Children may attend only if accompanied by a responsible adult.

3. Seating & Table Allocation
Seating is allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis unless pre‑arranged. If you need to be seated at a specific table, please email your request to Ringaroomanetballclub@hotmail.com prior to the event. The club will make every effort to honour seating requests but cannot guarantee availability.

4. Conduct & Fair Play
Mobile phones and smart devices must not be used during trivia rounds. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or disrespect toward volunteers, participants, or staff will not be tolerated. The quizmaster’s decisions are final.

5. Changes to the Event
The club reserves the right to modify the program, rounds, prizes, or schedule if necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details provided at purchase.

6. Photography & Media
Photos may be taken during the event for club promotion and community updates. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please advise a committee member on arrival.

7. Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk. The club is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Alcohol consumption (if applicable) is at the attendee’s discretion; please drink responsibly.

8. Privacy
Personal information collected for ticketing or table allocation will be used solely for event administration and will not be shared with third parties.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
