HKABGG Board Game Buffet – 條款及細則

1. 除非活動因主辦方原因取消，否則所有已售門票均不設退款或轉讓。
2. 參加者須自行承擔參與活動期間的風險。HKABGG 及場地提供者對任何個人物品遺失、損壞、受傷或意外事故概不負責。
3. 參加者須愛護所有桌上遊戲、場地設施及活動物資。如有故意損壞行為，主辦方有權要求賠償相關損失。
4. 16 歲以下參加者必須由家長或監護人陪同參加。
5. 活動期間可能會進行拍照及錄影。參加者報名即表示同意 HKABGG 使用相關照片及影片作活動紀錄、宣傳、社交媒體及未來活動推廣用途。
6. 自攜桌上遊戲之參加者須自行保管其遊戲。HKABGG 對任何遺失或損壞概不負責。
7. HKABGG 保留拒絕入場或要求任何作出危險、騷擾、破壞秩序或不當行為之人士離場的權利。
8. 參加者須自行照顧個人健康狀況及特殊需要。如有任何醫療、飲食或其他個人需求，請自行作出安排。
9. HKABGG 保留因應實際情況調整活動流程、遊戲內容、時間安排及其他活動細節之權利。
10. 如遇不可抗力因素（包括但不限於惡劣天氣、場地問題、政府限制措施等），HKABGG 保留延期、更改或取消活動之權利。
11. 參加者完成購票即表示已閱讀、理解並同意遵守本活動之所有條款及細則。
