CK Academy Holiday Camp - Terms & Conditions:

• Full payment is required to secure your child's place.
• Children must be signed in and out by a parent, guardian, or authorised emergency contact.
• Camp hours are 9:00am–3:00pm
• Children are required to bring a packed lunch, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity.
• Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, behavioural concerns or additional support requirements at the time of booking.
• CK Academy reserves the right to refuse attendance or request collection of a child whose behaviour places themselves, staff, or other participants at risk.
• CK Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify camp activities due to unforeseen circumstances. A credit or refund will be offered where applicable.
• While all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safety of participants, attendance at CK Academy Holiday Camp is at the parent/guardian's own risk.
• Photos and videos may be taken during camp activities and used for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed, please notify CK Academy in writing prior to attendance.
• By completing a booking, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
