Terms & Conditions

By registering for the East Coast Classic Super Grom Session, participants and their parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. All participants must be under 12 years of age at the time of the event.

2. Participants must be current members of an affiliated Boardriders Club to be covered under Surfing Australia's insurance arrangements. Membership must be valid prior to participation.

3. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the required participation waiver and indemnity form before the participant can take part in the session.

4. Participants must follow all instructions provided by coaches, event staff and volunteers at all times.

5. Participants should bring their own wetsuit. Surfboards and other required safety equipment will be provided.

6. The event location and start time may change based on surf, weather and safety conditions. Registered participants will be notified of any changes.

7. Surfing and ocean-based activities involve inherent risks. By registering, participants and their parent/guardian acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own risk, subject to the terms of the signed waiver.

8. Surfing Tasmania reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the session if conditions are deemed unsafe.

9. No refunds will be provided if a participant is unable to attend due to failure to obtain Boardriders membership or complete the required waiver documentation prior to the event.
