T&C's

1. All sales final
All tickets are non-refundable. As this is a fundraising event with catering and venue commitments made in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, non-attendance, or personal circumstances.

2. Ticket transfers
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please notify us of any name changes prior to the event for seating and catering purposes.

3. Event changes or cancellation
In the unlikely event that the organisers need to cancel the event, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. Where feasible, a portion of the ticket price may be allocated as a donation to the nominated charity, with any remaining balance refunded.

If the event date, venue, or format changes, ticket holders will be informed promptly. The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program, performers, or schedule.

4. Fundraising component
A portion of ticket proceeds will be donated to the Peter Mac Cancer Foundation. Additional funds raised through auctions, donations, or fundraising activities will also be directed to the charity.

5. Entry and conduct
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to other guests, staff, or the purpose of the event.

6. Dietary requirements & seating
Where applicable, dietary requirements must be provided by the stated deadline. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed if received late.

Seating arrangements are managed by the organisers and may be adjusted where necessary.

7. Photography & media
The event may be photographed or filmed. By attending, guests consent to their image being used for event promotion, marketing, and social media unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

8. Liability
The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, except where required by law.

9. Alcohol & responsible service
Alcohol will be served in accordance with responsible service laws. The organisers and venue reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated.
