This is a strictly 18+ event and valid photo ID may be required upon entry. All tickets are non-refundable. RSA guidelines apply and Birdy Bar reserves the right to refuse service, refuse entry, or remove any guest without refund. Event details, including menu and beverages, may be subject to change. By attending, guests consent to photography for promotional purposes. Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking via email, while every effort will be made to accommodate requests, cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
No refunds or exchanges for:
Change of mind/ Scheduling conflicts/ Late arrival or no-shows

If the event is:
Cancelled → full refund (excluding booking fees if applicable)
Postponed/rescheduled → tickets remain valid for the new date
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 days.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain or above face value. Unauthorised resale may result in: Ticket cancellation/ refusal of entry. If you are transferring your ticket to someone else, please contact the event organiser to provide the updated name/details of the person attending in your place.

The organiser is not responsible for any losses resulting from fraudulent or invalid tickets.
Customers are encouraged to: Verify the seller before purchasing, Avoid paying above the official ticket price where prohibited,
Report suspicious activity to the platform immediately.

Attendees must:
Follow venue rules and safety instructions, Respect staff and other attendees. The organiser reserves the right to:
Remove any person for inappropriate behaviour without refund.
