TERMS AND CONDITIONS — HIGH TEA FOR HOPE
Club Pilates Cornubia & Springwood
1. Tickets
Tickets are $65 per person and include full high tea, bubbles on arrival, and a lucky door entry. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. To transfer your ticket to another person, please contact us at bree.britten@clubpilates.com.au no later than Friday 3 July 2026 with the new attendee's name and dietary requirements.
2. Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements must be submitted at the time of booking. Any changes or requests must be received no later than Friday 3 July 2026, as final numbers are due to our venue on this date. Please contact us immediately if you have a severe allergy.
3. Capacity
This event is strictly limited to 40 guests. Tickets will not be available at the door.
4. Event Changes
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled or significantly changed due to circumstances beyond our control, ticket holders will be notified by email as soon as possible. In the case of full cancellation, a refund will be issued. Club Pilates reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, guest speakers, or inclusions without notice.
5. Fundraising Authority
High Tea for Hope is a registered Cancer Council Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser.
Cancer Council QLD (ABN: 48 321 126 727) hereby authorises Bree Britten (Supporter ID: 93886) to fundraise on their behalf as a registered host for Australia's Biggest Morning Tea. This authorisation is valid from 18/03/2026 to 31/08/2026.
Cancer Council is Australia's leading cancer charity, and every dollar raised through Australia's Biggest Morning Tea will help fund world-class research, life-saving prevention programs, and provide vital support for people impacted by cancer and their families.

Ticket proceeds, less venue costs, and all funds raised through raffles, silent auction, and donations on the day will be donated to Cancer Council Australia.
6. Raffle & Silent Auction
A raffle and silent auction will be held on the day. Raffle tickets are available for purchase at the event only. All participants must be 18 years or older to purchase raffle tickets. Silent auction bids are binding — successful bidders are required to pay on the day by cash or bank transfer. Raffle and silent auction prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
7. Photography
Club Pilates may take photographs or video at this event for use on social media and marketing materials. By attending, you consent to being photographed. Please notify a Club Pilates team member on arrival if you do not wish to be photographed.
8. Responsible Service
A complimentary glass of sparkling wine or non-alcoholic sparkling is included on arrival. Additional alcohol is not available at this event. Club Pilates promotes the responsible service of alcohol.
9. Conduct
Club Pilates reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.
