Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, inability to attend, personal circumstances, or incorrect purchase. Tickets are issued to the registered attendee only and are not transferable unless approved by the event organiser in writing. If the event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed by the organiser, ticket holders will be contacted with available options in line with Australian Consumer Law. Entry is subject to venue rules, appropriate behaviour, and compliance with organiser directions. Photos and videos may be taken during the event for club, historical, and promotional purposes. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
