2. Tickets are non-refundable. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances.
3. The Academy does not provide receipts. An alternative for teachers is to retain a copy of their ticket and match it with their credit card slip / bank statement as evidence for their accountants.
4. The Academy reserves the right to alter the advertised programme without prior notice. The information in this and other printed or electronic brochures/notices is correct at the time of print or going online.
General Terms and Conditions.
5. The right of admission is reserved by the management. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
6. Children without tickets will not be admitted.
7. Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the performances.
8. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk. The Royal Academy of Dance will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from a pre-existing medical condition or due to breach of these conditions.
9. Ensure that upon receipt of your tickets they are kept in a safe place. It is important that patrons purchasing tickets understand that lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will NOT be replaced under any circumstances.
10. No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event.
11. No food or drink is allowed inside a venue.

It holds contact details to enable it to provide customers and members with information on membership, programmes of study and courses, conferences, events and activities, and related products and resources that might be of interest.
